About the opportunityOur client is known for serving up the best sourdough, pastries and baked goods on the Mornington Peninsula.
They are open 7 days per week and sell out their products most days. Artisan baking is what they are known for, and their execution and quality has received a cult like following from the community.
They have such a positive reputation that day trippers and tourists are lining up outside of their store every weekend.
They deliver their top selling products to some of the best independent retailers and restaurants on the Peninsula.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in managing your section that will lead continued success for the business.
