Quality Air Equipment is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of air distribution components for the HVAC industry. Located in Prestons and facing continual growth, we are seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative to join the team and create shared values.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service; to build and maintain relationships with the current client base and develop opportunities with new clients.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will be working closely with our sales team your duties will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via telephone and email;
- Processing customer orders;
- Filing quotes and ensuring purchase orders have been actioned;
- Quoting supply of products (you will need the ability to interpret customer supplied technical data and learn to question anomalies);
- Following up quotations;
- Liaise with our production team to ensure products supplied are correct and despatched on time;
- Support the team to reach sales targets.
About You
The ideal Internal Sales Representative will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral; Excellent numeracy skills;
- Quick learner with a confident proactive attitude;
- Competent computer skills (MS Office required, QuickBooks well-regarded however not essential);
- Excellent time management and personal organisational skills; Ability to work to deadlines;
- Ability to work closely with instructions;
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy; Flexible approach to work;
- Enthusiastic;
- Work well within a team as well as independently.
- Knowledge of or experience in the HVAC industry
- Sales and or customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
