Description:
Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking a Home Therapy Provider to work on an ongoing casual assignment based in Kalgoorlie.
Fulltime hours may be available some weeks pending business workloads; however, some weeks may only have parttime hours available.
As a Home Therapy Provider, you will be responsible for the delivery, set up and education of Home Oxygen Therapy Services and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Maintaining efficient delivery and set up of oxygen therapy equipment to patient's residences and Healthcare institutions i.e. In Home Patients, aged care facilities and long-term care facilities in a safe and professional manner
- Work closely with Homecare patients and customers providing education on products
- Restrain equipment/cylinders in OWN vehicle (own suitable vehicle required - eg. Ute, van, 4WD, SUV)
- Work closely to ensure Healthcare appropriate standards of quality practice are locally employed to ensure safety and robustness of products.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Respond to customer same day requests with a high degree of urgency, ensuring all communication provides an excellent customer experience
- Working in other areas of the business as an 'all rounder'
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Ability to educate customers in an empathetic manner
- Strong listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet targets
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and computer systems
- Drivers licence & OWN suitable vehicle required - eg. SUV, Ute, Van, 4WD
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- A background in supply chain or healthcare is highly regarded, but not essential.
