Project Manager /Technical Delivery Lead - SaaS Experience
12 Months Max term initially
$150,000-$160,000 + super + Bonus
Talenza are currently recruiting for a financial services organisation who are seeking a Project Manager /Technical Delivery Lead for a large technology transformation. This person will focus on managing a project delivering technology changes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience leading and delivering project teams.
- 3+ years' experience working in a large / complex organisation.
- 2+ years' experience in the financial services industry (Banking is preferred)
- Previous Project Management experience managing SaaS implementations essential.
- Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
- Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle utilising a variety of methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with vendor performance and relationship management
- Driven to deliver
- High Level Stakeholder management experience
- Great Planning and organisational skills
