In this newly created role, you will lead the organisation to deliver digitally projects including a CRM and updated websites that will support our continued growth.The ideal candidate is someone who gets a kick out of finding more efficient ways to operate our digital marketing systems and will be proactive in automating and improving processes.
You will be responsible for managing two direct reports, ensuring they have the tools and support required to correctly list ticketing, performance, exhibition and other vital information for hundreds of individual events each year on our websites and via email, accurately and on time.
You will engage with diverse stakeholders across the CFC, to find out how best practice in the digital space can help achieve our objectives.
The Digital Marketing Manager will take a leadership role in the digital space, sharing your knowledge and developing process documents to build capability and confidence.
You’ll create systems and work with the Data Analyst, Box Office and Campaign Managers to report on the performance of CFC’s digital channels, making insight-based recommendations to ensure we continue to meet and exceed our ambitious targets and KPIs.
The Digital Marketing Manager is also responsible for managing consultants and digital agency relationships to support the complex digital transformation we are embarking on.
