Role Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Account Manager to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met, and identifying opportunities to enhance their security posture through our comprehensive suite of services. This is a Sydney based role, and face to face client interactions are expected. Some inter-state travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, regular meetings, and strategic advisories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor cybersecurity solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Drive account growth by identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Facilitate the smooth delivery of services and manage client expectations to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients that articulate the value of our services and their impact on client security.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as an account manager or similar role within the cybersecurity, IT, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and craft custom solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded.
