This venue is going from strength to strength offering a unique yet modern cuisine in a busy A la Carte Setting. Offering a contemporary menu that is befitting of the Sydney Dining scene, we are now seeking a General Manager or professional and seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the entire operation.
To be successful you will:
- Several years in higher volume, relaxed A la Carte Management experience
- Experience coordinating busy shifts and a larger team
- Upbeat personality - ability to build longstanding relationships with clients
- Able to work well under pressure
- A star at managing a great team culture
- Self motivated and excellent organisational skills
- Solid knowledge of Food and Beverage trends and the current market
- Strong understanding of Australian and International wines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Confident and strong personality
- Good business acumen
The role includes:
- Recruiting, managing and developing your team for success
- Working closely with the owners
- Staff training and coaching
- Customer service and complaint resolution
- Assisting the owners with achieving operational and financial budgets
