THE OPPORTUNITY
JUST REGISTERED exciting new opportunity for an associate Civil Engineer to join the Sydney office of a busy, local Sydney consultancy. This consultancy has been well established in the local NSW market for many years and has several local offices. The CBD office is centrally located and has busy teams within Civil, Structural and building services
The CBD team is well established and solid and seeking a leader with experience of managing & developing teams.
The projects are varied, and include urban development, commercial civil and local authority infrastructure. We are seeking
- - At least 12+ years experience
- - Either experience associate level OR director level
- - Salary circa $160-170k base + Super + Bonus
- - Great communication & leadership skills

With a focus on urban civil projects your team will be dealing with clients including builders, council, developers and more. You should be experienced with managing a busy team in this area, and be able to manage the only BD, client liaison, mentoring your team, ensuring quality and hands on design as needed.
