Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to join our team in North Sydney. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative and enrolment support to ensure the smooth operation of our educational programs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our students and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties including answering phone calls and enquiries
- Check incoming student applications for completeness and liaise with Marketing Specialists regarding missing documents.
- Assist with the processing of enrolments and distribution of course materials.
- Provide administrative support for events and daily operations.
- Monitor student attendance and progress, identifying those at risk and providing support as needed.
- Liaise with service providers and coordinate building maintenance activities.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders through effective communication and support.
