Responsibilities: RETAIL MANAGER
Job Duties include:
- Review Marketplace analysis
- Promote and advertise goods and services. Plan and coordinate brand development
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions. Direct the development of initiatives for new products
- Undertake budgeting for the company. Prepare marketing budgets and strategies
- Establish lasting business relationships with existing and new clients by keeping the service standards high.
- Supervise and manage the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Develop & execute field strategy to drive and maintain profitable business growth.
- Design and implement strategies to create promotion campaigns in order to increase sales of company's products.
- Design and implement strategies to create and maintain a strong brand image and company’s reputation.
- Design and implement loyalty programs and campaigns for the company.
- Oversee sales process, sales management, product and accessory training for the sales team.
- Control selection, motivate, train and supervise the staff.
- Establish new business opportunities.
- Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use. Maintain strong customer relations.
- Strategic Account Management.
- Key Performance Indicator ( KPI) and margin analysis.
- Maintain an energetic and vibrant working environment.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
The Successful Candidate:

Pay: $66,000.00 – $71,000.00 per year
