Role Overview: As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will contribute to the strategic growth of the business by managing lease negotiations and optimizing property assets. Reporting to a Senior Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in driving success through effective property management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate lease variations and ensure compliance with owner requirements.
• Prepare business cases for lease options and conduct financial analysis.
• Maintain lease structures to enhance long-term competitiveness.
• Monitor property conditions and develop strategies for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

• Degree qualified in Property, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with retail management and property development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
