Let your Applicants know what ' s great about your Organisation. What makes it a great place to work in (and to apply to)?
Write a very few succinct lines about your Company . Let applicants know how secure your company is how long you've existed, how big you are, opportunities for advancement etc.
Describe the duties of the Job! Yes, be very specific about what the job entails. Otherwise Applicants won't know and they'll pay attention to your competitors' job ads.
What will this Job require day-to-day? Don't specify the attributes you want in this person here that's for later. Use this space to paint a word-picture of how this person will be spending their time when they are lucky enough to be working for you.
Skills and Attributes
Use one list for both skills and attributes . You are looking for one person! That person will have both skills and attributes in one package don't separate them!
Make each point clear and short and use as many points as you like!
Web pages can go on forever and this is the one place where "Death by dot-points" doesn't apply! Be complete and comprehensive in your list.

- Demonstrates good communication skills
