This boutique-style National retailer has more than a dozen stores across the country and is looking for a Manager for their Cambridge business! Joining a retailer at the forefront of their industry and products, your customers will love having so many exciting products and ideas to choose from!
We are on the lookout for a strong and experienced Store Manager to lead a performing team to success! Preferably from a homewares or interiors background, you will be passionate about products for the home, kitchen and cooking!
You will be a natural people manager and a clear communicator who inspires the team to action to create exceptional customer experiences. Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry. You will have experience in leading a team to achieve store and individual budgets as well as structured KPI's.
What we're looking for...:
- Ability to coach and develop up to 10 staff to achieve consistent results
- Sensational time management and operational skills
- Manage wages, rosters, budgets and KPI's
