About the Role:
As the Executive Housekeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the professional and cost-effective operation of the housekeeping department. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, you'll oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring standards of cleanliness exceed guest expectations. From recruiting and training staff to managing inventory and budgets, you'll lead by example to maintain this deluxe property standards.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar executive housekeeping role, preferably in a deluxe hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage inventory, budgets, and operating procedures effectively
- Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort
- Ability to handle guest complaints and establish positive relations with guests and staff
