Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support an experienced Senior Property Manager
- Conducting routine inspections
- Assist with handling maintenance issues
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople via email and phone
- Follow up lease renewals
- Prepare new tenancy agreements and other forms
- Conduct entry condition reports
- Social events, awards nights, corporate training

- 6+ months of experience within Real Estate
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
- A valid driver's license
