Position: Store Manager Location: Adelaide City Full-Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in delivering superior customer service, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the store, reflecting the essence of our client's brand and values.
- Curate and style complete looks for customers, showcasing the versatility and elegance of our premium fabrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalised styling advice and fostering loyalty.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and staff scheduling.
- Mentor and coach team members to uphold our brand standards and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive store traffic and sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Passion for premium fabrics and contemporary women's fashion trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for customers.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
