As we continue to grow and expand our vision, we are seeking a Leasing Manager to drive our leasing initiatives and connect prospective tenants with our unique and welcoming living spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire leasing process, from marketing vacant properties to conducting property tours and lease signings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential tenants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize exceptional sales skills to build relationships with potential tenants, understand their needs, and guide them through the leasing process.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, both online and offline, to generate interest and attract potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and pricing.
- Collaborate with the Online Sales Lead Expert to match suitable tenants with available accommodations.
- Conduct property showings and virtual tours to showcase the unique features and amenities of our coliving spaces.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry changes to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in leasing and sales, ideally in the real estate or coliving industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of potential tenants.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property management and real estate principles.
- Knowledge of the Sydney real estate market and short-term accommodations is advantageous.
