We're an Early Learning centre and located in Pambula, NSW, Australia. It is in the beautiful far South Coast of NSW. We provide excellent early childhood education and care programs for children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 6 years. We are a 60 place centre and have a wonderful environment for all children, families and staff. We have 4 classrooms, including Babies, Toddlers, Transition to Pre-School. We invite and welcome family and community input and involvement.
Our programs are play-based, child-led programs, guided by the EYLF, the National Regulations and the National Quality Standards. We honour diversity and inclusion. Our service is well resourced both indoors and outdoors, and we have just upgraded our outdoor learning space to second to none in the local area.
We value teamwork and reliability and are seeking some reliable, dedicated, passionate educators to join our wonderful team. You will be working with an experienced management team, be supported to develop professionally. We are open from 7am to 6pm and require our successful applicants to be flexible with their shifts within these times.
To be considered for these roles you must have the following:
Essential Criteria
*Current Certificate III and/or Diploma of Children's services or working towards Bachelor's Degree in Teaching or Education (Early Childhood Education).
*Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate.
*Current Working with children check.
*Good working knowledge of the NQS and EYLF.
*Understanding of the National Regulations.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Teamwork ethos
*Passionate about working with children and families in an early year's settings
Desirable Criteria
*Previous experience in early years settings is preferred, however for the right person we are flexible. We may provide sponsorship if you are studying in early childhood education and care and would like to work in Australia.
