Baiada Feed mill is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join the team as a Mill Hand. - Operate machinery and equipment in the feed mill efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload feed ingredients and finished products using forklifts and other equipment.
- Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of the mill equipment and facilities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Experience working in a similar job is a plus.
- Comfortable operating forklifts and other machinery.
- Able to lift heavy things and work hard.
- Pays close attention to details and cares about doing a good job.
- Works well with others and can communicate clearly.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
