About the role:

Based from our Hamilton Branch, you will lead a team, along with the management and coordination of plant and equipment. You will be involved in planning, resource management, setting production targets and overseeing the delivery of works across civil construction projects.

This is a diverse role so you will be multi skilled and a proven leader who is hands on, and keen to coach and mentor your team to grow their capabilities.

You will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed to the satisfaction of the customers, and providing clear records and reports on activities undertaken.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in a similar type role
  • Experience in the roading / civil infrastructure sector
  • Experience with plant and people resourcing, managing utilisation and plant costs
  • Drive to grow your knowledge and career within Higgins
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work
  • You'll be good leader with a strong safety focus
  • Class 2 / WTR Advantage
