The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced ASIC Administration Assistant. This role will suit a full time superstar administrator where the salary will be commensurate with experience. You will be a smart and a very technically savvy professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This role is critical to supporting senior staff and the management team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Company and title searches
- Maintaining internal systems
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of databases
- Scanning, emailing, filing
- General office support duties
- Some PA duties to Partners
- Diary management
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
- Familiar with ASIC forms and requirements looked at favourably
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in using MYOB AE would be highly regarded, although not essential
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
