- Managing a small portfolio of 80-100 properties
- Carry out routine and final inspections
- Leasing and home opens (Mon - Fri)
- NO PCRs
Open to all levels = Assistants ready to step up and take on their own small portfolio with full training and ongoing support. Or an experienced Property Manager or Senior looking for a cruisy portfolio.
- Current PM Registration & driving license
- Have a strong passion and desire for customer service and relationship building
- Team player, enjoy working in a fast-paced supportive environment
