Are you looking for an exciting and varied role? This Accounting firm based in Malvern are looking for a vibrant Receptionist/Administrator!
The CompanyOur client is a thriving, boutique accounting firm located in Malvern. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
Your duties may include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Email correspondence
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
- Preparing letters and other documentation
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
- Strong customer services skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
- Training and support is on offer
