We are currently seeking an experienced Public Accountant to join our team. Someone who has at least 4 years of Australian Public Practice experience. This is a work from home position, with option to visit Mackay office occasionally.

Job Summary:
As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for undertaking all production accounting activities, including preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements, and delivering quality, accurate outcomes. You will also need experience using Sage HandiTax.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Attend monthly company training and taxation training.
- Review less experienced team members' work/delegate tasks when asked to by your manager.
- Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
- Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
- Individuals
- Sole traders
- Partnerships
- Companies
- Trusts
