The key duties of the position include
  • Lead a team of professionals, role modelling our leadership behaviours, supporting a professional and collaborative working environment, coaching, giving continuous feedback, resolving conflict and facilitating career development Develop and execute robust processes and governance structures for effective management of ACCC websites.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of opportunities to enhance website function and content, leveraging user feedback and research.
  • Oversee the design of website content to ensure alignment with user needs and optimal readability across online and mobile platforms.
  • Manage a high-performing content design and publishing team, fostering collaboration and providing strategic direction.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders, representing the ACCC in various forums, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documents and reports.
