Looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Customer Support Specialist to drive great customer experience.

THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Support Specialist in our Call Centre for up to 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, this role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service in line with the Call Centre performance standards.
The key focus areas of the role include:
  • Handling inbound customer calls and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Investigating delivery inquiries
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Generating sales
  • Maintaining call-take levels within defined Call Centre standards
  • Achieving all personal call targets and objectives as directed
  • Knowledge of Company's products and services
  • Undertaking additional customer/Call Centre /business activities as directed by the Team Leader
  • Provide support to the Customer Support Team Leader to develop and execute plans to address team issues
  • Effectively manage schedules to ensure that resources are available to meet expected demand of the team, eg, the breaks roster is being utilised

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
