Description:

The Accounts Receivable Officer reports to the Accounting Shared Services Manager and is part of the Finance team. The key focus of this role is to manage the creation through to collection of Progress Claim invoices across our various brands. More specifically, you will:
  • Create and release Progress Claim invoices to our customers through relevant stages of construction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, lenders and colleagues
  • Accurately and promptly process customer payments
  • Manage overdue accounts, liaising with our customers to develop plans for resolution
  • Collaborate with other teams across our brands to promptly address customer queries

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong analytical, data analysis and procedural skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • An eye for detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environment
