Looking for an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer for a temp position in Northern Suburbs.
The CompanyOur client is a well-known Not-for-profit organisation in Western Australia. Located in Northern Suburbs of Perth, the company is looking for a AP officer to support the finance team with backlog and ad-hoc work. The role is a temporary assignment for minimum of 3 months with possibility of extension.
The Role
- Matching, batching & coding of invoices
- Managing the AP inbox and responding or escalating queries
- Management of client details including updating banking details
- Preparing monthly payment runs & monthly supplier reconciliations
- Support month end reporting when required
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume Accounts Payable duties.
- Understanding of Excel to an intermediate level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
