We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Substation Electrician (team leader) to join our team.

The Role:

Our substation construction team is currently expanding due to Enerven winning multiple major projects! It’s an exciting time to join Enerven as an Electrician and be involved from construction right through to the maintenance and upgrading of transmission and distribution systems, substations, and renewable generation systems. You will be a part of a team environment that is focused on your safety. This role will also be required to work an 11:3 working pattern supporting projects across South Australia with allowances and overtime applicable.

What you will need:

  • To be a licensed, qualified, and experienced A-Class Electrician;
  • Knowledge and experience in Substation Construction activities, including installation of High Voltage equipment and systems;
  • Experience in the construction of renewable projects;
  • Current construction industry white card
  • Current South Australian Drivers Licence; and
  • Basic computer skills.

Desirable:

Hold a current High-risk licence - EWP over 11 meters and Forklift as well as High Voltage Switching Operator Accreditation (Cat 20 & Cat 2) will be an advantage but not essential.
