Your Opportunity
- Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for Salesforce optimisation.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet requirements, utilising best practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work with third parties as required, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to continuously enhance our consulting offerings.
About You
- Bachelor's degree level or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and development team.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams, technology platforms as a leader in your space.
- Experience working in an Agile project delivery environment.
