About the role:
Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional person with excellent communication skills for the position of Customer Service Officer. This is a full-time opportunity, however flexibility/part-time applications will be considered.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- directing incoming calls to appropriate departments
- directing enquiries made over the counter
- cashier duties
- undertaking other general administration duties as directed.
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- a strong customer service focus
- strive to create a positive first impression for Loddon Shire Council
- experience working within an office environment
- proven competency in the use of computer information systems
- ability to count and balance large sums of money.
