As a commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your portfolio is managed in a premium condition with high quality levels of presentation and operation. In addition, this role is accountable for the timely delivery of internal reporting, the accurate management of property-related information and the co-ordination of customer-centric initiatives throughout the assets. About you;
- A property related qualification and proven experience in commercial or industrial property management
- Experience in the management of commercial or industrial assets
- NSW Real Estate License
- Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
- A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
