Senior Team Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Team Assistant in our Rhodes office in this diverse position that requires a “can do” attitude. You will undertake the administrative operations of the office so that technical staff can focus on their technical duties. This includes a broad scope of responsibility including project support and general office duties for your office and provide backup support for other offices when required.

Specifically:

• Provide a high level of administrative support to the Project Team (Engineers, Designers and Drafters) as required. This would include, but not limited to, preparation of operational works applications, tender and contract documentation, correspondence associated with contract administration services, formatting of technical reports, Bill of Quantities, letters etc.
• You will manage the electronic filing system, office security and allocation of keys as well as maintaining the mail register for incoming and outgoing hard copy mail
• Run errands and deliveries and be responsible for the purchase of office stationery
