About the role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager based in Dalby, the Parts and Service Coordinator will lead the operational, parts, and service functions, driving efficiency and profitability at our additional site in Goondiwindi.
The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to travel to Dalby for the first 6 months of service to support our structured induction process and training plan. This will require overnight stays, with the costs of travel supported by the company.

- Act as the primary point of contact for product and service enquiries, and manage customer expectations regarding product pricing and availability
- Ensure timely execution of daily parts activities, including sales, back orders, forward orders, stock transfers, and distribution
- Supports accurate inventory management and maintains parts department cleanliness and organizes proper shelving for all components
- Receipts all inbound and outbound freight transactions with accuracy
- Stays informed about new products, product updates, and changes, as well as improvements and removals of existing parts
- Inputs invoices and raising of purchase orders while ensuring prompt completion of purchases, sales receipts, and credits
- Cultivate ongoing strong bonds with our valued customers
- Maintain the safety, cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the yard and site
- Other ad hoc duties as they arise
Who are you:
- Your attention to detail is excellent, you are organised and can efficiently complete tasks
- You have experience in parts and/or inventory systems
- You’re passionate about customer service and you have a great work ethic
- You’re a good team player who can also work independently
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are Proficient in Office 365 and computer systems
- You have a valid driver’s licence
- Forklift licence beneficial (company will support training)
