What your days will look like;

• Provide quality clinical care and support to community clients
• Manage priorities with our residents and their needs
• Implement programs for those with special needs
• Ensure incidents and issues are communicated and escalated

What you will need to be successful;

• Experience working in Aged Care
• Ability to work autonomously
• Recognised tertiary degree, NDIS worker check, WWCC
• Current AHPRA registration
• COVID vaccination & booster
• Ability and commitment to work with a customer-centred approach
