About the area

The Risk and Assurance Division, within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Strategy & Assurance) Portfolio and led by the Chief Risk and Assurance Officer (CRAO), works closely with key stakeholders to ensure UOW manages and mitigates risk effectively in order to achieve organisational goals. The CRAO is responsible for UOW’s Risk and Assurance Strategy and Framework, assisting UOW’s leadership group and managers across the organisation to better understand and manage risk and compliance, plan for business threats, and to improve both operational decision-making across the organisation.

About the role

The Organisational Reviews Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality operational support for the development, planning and execution of the Organisational Review Program. Working closely with colleagues in the Risk and Assurance Division, Strategy Division, the Data and Analytics Division and other key areas, the Coordinator will support the development, uplift and execution of the review program, which applies an organisational, risk and data-informed lens to the prioritisation and successful delivery of reviews across faculties, schools, divisions and other areas as appropriate to promote organisational success.

The Coordinator will apply superior relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on planning, preparation and delivery of reviews, which may include discovery, benchmarking, data and risk analysis, consultation and other organisational and/or risk-related tasks.
