Are you passionate about technology, troubleshooting technical issues and providing top-notch support to users? We are seeking a skilled Level 1, 2 and 3 IT Support Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with a support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
Non Essential Requirements (Prefered):
- Prior experience is not essential, but is prefered.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to Microsoft Office suite and other business applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
