The CompanyRobert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a highly regarded Healthcare organisation based in the Melbourne CBD. This role will be a 3-month contract with an immediate start! Working within an established and experienced AP Team, this role will require a Candidate to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with a team that is goal-orientated and driven for success.Proven end-to-end accounts payable experience with SAP or Dynamics Great Plains or equivalent system the ability to meet month end deadlines is a pivotal element of this role. This role is a great opportunity for a candidate who is immediately available and looking to build on a strong The RoleReporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include: High volume invoice and Data ProcessingEnsuring authorisations are correctWeekly payment runsEntering and reconciling invoicesResolving Supplier queriesAccount and statement reconciliationsAd-hoc duties as requested Your ProfileTo be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
