About The Role
Scope has a unique opportunity for a People Business Partner to join the team for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be joining an organisation going through a significant period of change and transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising and guiding managers to resolve employee and industrial relations matters, navigate change and elevate capability.
The role is full time or part time (flexible for the right person) working across our office in Hawthorn and services in Melbourne’s inner North West. This position will be responsible for:
- Providing HR partnering/consulting to meet the needs of a specific client group.
- Providing ER/IR support and advice.
- Use data driven insights and risk management to support leaders manage their people challenges.
- Coaching and guiding managers and business leaders through change, and grow and develop capability.
- Strengthen culture to resolve conflict, promote positive employee relations, and reduce turnover.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business partnering role with ER/IR focus within a service delivery workforce.
- Proven experience in supporting change management and IR strategies to guide leaders through change.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Ability to travel across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria to deliver services.
- Experience with the DSEAV or Disability Support is preferred but not essential.
