We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leader to join our client in the capacity of an Executive General Manager. The Commercial Leader will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Description
- Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the commercial department.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles,
- Should have managed a minimum of $500Mn P/L
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
