Supporting the Director, and their high-performing sales team, you will play a key role in making things happen seamlessly. As the team manager, no two days will be the same, and you will be the glue between the client, the campaign, and the agents.
- Day-to-day management of to Director, listings, and the team.
- End-to-end sales, property, client, and campaign management.
- Managing all listing and property administration, compliance, vendor reports, appraisals, auctions, and open home packs throughout the campaign.
- Manage all correspondence with vendors, buyers, tenants, solicitors, trades, etc.
- Manage and prepare for listing presentations, open homes, auctions, and related property settlement inspections.
You are a team player through and through, with a great sense of humour, a get-it-done attitude, and a love for seeing clients happy throughout their property buying and selling experiences.
You also:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
- Are resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Have exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Have an eagle eye for detail, processes, and time management.
- Work well autonomously, as well as within a team.
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, and a reliable car.
