Overview:As the Senior Social Media & Content Manager at Guardian, you'll spearhead the strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of our social media channels. Collaborating closely with our Social Media agency and the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll craft engaging, on-brand content across various platforms, ensuring our presence resonates with our audience. This role offers the opportunity to lead the content process, innovate campaign approaches, and expand our social media footprint.
About the role:
- Develop cutting-edge social media strategies in alignment with brand objectives.
- Create compelling content for owned and paid social channels, leveraging internal assets and collaborating with the content team.
- Manage all social platforms using tools like Hootsuite and Sprout.
- Collaborate with our network of Centers to produce engaging TikTok content and capitalize on sector trends.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
- Handle ad hoc graphic design and content requests across the organization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Work from home or in the office, with only 1 mandatory day in the office.
- Some travel may be required.
- Solid experience in Social Media and Content, preferably in both agency and client settings.
- Proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of platform dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to content and marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative content creation.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas across diverse channels, maximizing each platform's unique audience.
