The Technology division delivers the Group's information technology and banking operations functions to ensure the highest levels of customer service through world-class process excellence and technology innovation.

Cyber Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, losses and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.

Your new team:

The Security Integration (SI) team protects the bank and our customers through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, and operational risk. The SI team is passionate about identifying opportunities to leverage existing and new technologies to mitigate risks that span across cyber, fraud, and protective security domains.

Your impact and contribution:

As the Security Remediation Analyst, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager Security Remediation. This role will offer you the opportunity to work on our urgent care program, supporting the organisation on key and vital remediation initiatives to ensure the safety of the wider group and its customers.

You will also:

  • Operate security technologies to support the function of the bank's systems.

  • Support the Senior Manager on key financials including manage budgets and procurement and preparing reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Create and or improve current process to maximise the efficiency and productivity of team's requirements.

  • Manage the Jira board and other delivery tools and services, compiling reports, and packs (PowerPoint) going through OKR's and other dependencies.

  • Analyse and prepare reports on Security Remediation activities, deliverables, timelines, impacts, and implications to team members and stakeholders.

  • Foster and support the management of team relationships through the provision of expert knowledge and supporting key stakholders across the businesses Security Remediation domain, technology partners, risk, project, and internal and external operational teams.

  • Build stronger networks through collaboration with interested parties, government, technology, banking, and law enforcement to increase responsiveness and intelligence gathering.

We are interested in people who:

Have a background in project coordination or business analysis or service management across the cyber security domain. This role is for someone that can work through ambiguity and can challenge the status quo to create innovative solutions.

\You will draw from your prior expertise to support the organisation on key remediation services, actions and tasks all while supporting and guiding key technical and functional stakholders and teams and keep them accountable on key remediation deliverables and or changes across the wider Group.

You will bring:

  • Background in business analysis, project coordination and or service management.

  • A sound knowledge across Cyber Security domains e.g., Risk, Vulnerability Management, Detect and Respond, Cyber Controls, Fraud Operations etc.

  • Similar experience across security remediation and or urgent care.

  • Experience in scrum and agile methodologies essential

  • The skills necessary to confidently communicate to senior leaders and address their pain points and provide strategies to alleviate issues.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • An enthusiasm to participate in and have membership of relevant industry associations such as CISSP, SANS, ISACA
