Description:
Warehouse Administrator, Monday to Friday, day shift, 7:00am to 3:06pm
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently allocate orders from the system
- Download order information into Excel and upload it into the Australia Post portal with precision.
- Print shipping labels and ensure accurate order dispatch.
- Manage warehouse management system (WMS) operations effectively.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to warehouse operations.
- Utilize intermediate MS Office skills to perform daily tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in pick/pack operations with a strong administrative focus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work as an all-rounder within a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
