About the role
The College Receptionist is an important role, providing a connecting link between the community, our teachers and staff, our students and the College Executive. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of our school community in person, online and over the phone. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role helping to create a positive and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for a range of daily administrative tasks central to the operations of the College including the coordination of reception.
The successful candidate will enjoy a well-supported, inclusive and progressive working environment. This is a full-time ongoing position, with an immediate start.
About you
The ideal candidate will thrive on creating a positive first impression. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and pleasant working manner. Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach with a can-do attitude are important attributes. Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail are needed. Proficiency in ICT, including the MS Office suite, and the ability to adapt to changes are key aspects of this position.
