The Role
Expedite jobs from engineering hand over into production. Monitor all job progress and take an active lead in production issues and provide updates to customers.” The person will hold the Production Coordinator and Sales Support and will deal with all staff, contractors, suppliers, and customers. The role is at management level. The role can be described as “a traffic controller for our stagging post operation
Responsibilities
- To manage daily the production and sales support task
- To co-ordinate jobs going through our factory and track progress in line with a set schedule. This will involve management of in-house resources
- To co-ordinate jobs going through our sub-contractors and track progress in line with a set schedule
- Provide updates to customers
- Assist with new quotes in Sales
- Assist with job releases from Sales to Engineering
- To be an active participant in the Action Group (AG) and will meet twice weekly for walk around meetings and job index reviews
- Must be willing to work in Melbourne
- Must have working rights
- Year 11 completion
- Project management diploma
- Basics in CAD
Essential experience
- Minimum 10 years work experience in industrial markets / heavy industry / manufacturing industry
- People management course
- Leadership course
- Time management course

- In your role you will deal with some other fan suppliers who in some instances we work in collaboration with as well as compete with in different market segments – need to have “your radar up”
