Description:
Le moulin bakery is currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic baker. Making a wide range of rolls, sourdoughs, traditional breads and cakes. This job will be for someone who is interested in baking as you will get hands-on experience and training in all aspects of dough production some of the duties required:
- following recipes
- weighing up ingredients and checking the quality of raw materials
- mixing doughs
- scaling doughs
- hand moulding
- use of bakery equipment
- use of stone and rack ovens
- heavy lifting up to 25kg
- emptying, cleaning and greasing equipment
We are currently seeking a qualified baker for a full time position but new apprentices are more than welcome to apply given they have the right motivation and passion for the job that we pride our selves on.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
