We are excited to be expanding our team of Photographic professionals and are now seeking a reliable, career-driven Customer Service Manager to join our extraordinary Viva Rockingham team!

About The Role
You will manage all aspects of the Customer Journey to ensure that our mission to honour our client’s lives, values, and self-esteem through creative, beautiful imagery is achieved consistently and to the highest standards.
What will you be doing?
- Achieving daily and weekly sales KPI targets
- Taking care of incoming enquiries via email and phone
- Qualifying customers to maximise sales
- Following-up until you have met the customers needs and booked them in for a portrait session
- Building relationships with clients and managing feedback to ensure a great Viva! experience
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment for clients
- Contributing to a happy, healthy and sustainable workplace culture
Experience Required
- Minimum one year experience in Customer Service and Sales with a proven record of success.
Other Required Attributes
- To be self-motivated with high energy levels
- Ability to work well individually and also in a team
- Customer service champion with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine care for people
