Description:
Koombana Bay Sailing Club requires a casual Bar Manager.
Approved Manager Card and RSA are essential.
Hours of duty are casual and approximately:
20-30 Hours a week during Sailing Season.
10-20 Hours a week during off season.
Extended hours must be worked accordingly on designated events.
Wage package is paid in line with Fair Works Club Employee Level 5 Modern award.
Main Jobs Include:
- Maintaining club bar, making sure it is fully stocked and clean at all times.
- Ordering supplies. (Kegs, packaged, sundries)
- Cleaning glasses and beer lines.
- Money Handing
- Bar cleaning after opening days
- Willing to work unsupervised
- Marketing and promoting the Club
- Ability to carry out heavy manual handling
- Bar Staff scheduling
- Collaboration with Functions Coordinator, Office Administrator and Committee
