Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide personalised styling advice and exceptional customer service
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes
- Train and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotions and events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in homewares or interior design, fashion, footwear or hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for motivating and developing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great fun, positive personality who everyone enjoys working with
- Detail-oriented with a knack for visual merchandising
- Must have a current Drivers Licence
